Rates

Most IT Support companies charge a call out fee and bill for a minimum X hours. You've spent a small fortune before anyone has unpacked their tools. Spiderbox believes you should only pay for what you use and as such, we do not have any of these clever little hidden charges.

Case-By-Case	$120 per hour (ex. GST) billed in 15 minute blocks
Under Contract	Flat monthly fee, agreed hours, price on application
