What do you support?

We support just about anything from operating systems such as Windows, Windows Server, Linux and Mac OS. We support hardware including desktop PCs, servers of all kinds, switches, routers and firewalls. We provide network consultancy and configuration services. We also provide general maintenance services such as checking error logs, patching operating systems and managing anti-virus / anti-spam implementations across a network.

Basically, if you can ask it, we can do it.

 

Do you charge for travel time?

If it's a small job (less than 3 hours on site), yes. Otherwise, travel is free.

 

Do you have a minimum charge?

No. We charge in 15 minute blocks. You only pay for the time you use.
