OPTION DETAILS
Ad-Hoc Support Support by the hour. Billed in 15 minute increments. No prior arrangements necessary, customers simply call the support line and Spiderbox will assign an engineer to their case.
Pre-Paid Support Pre-Paid IT support agreements offer a discounted hourly rate. They cover scheduled maintenance, patches and upgrades, log inspection, error tracking and general IT support. Everything to keep a customer's IT systems running smoothly.
Customers can use their hours for a predefined set of tasks each month and/or for ad-hoc desktop support on a per-issue basis.
The customer enjoys a fixed spend per month, with a set number of hours. Unused hours roll over and are available for use for up to three months.
