| Dual Link Redundancy |
To minimise the risk of total link failure, Spiderbox is able to back up any Last-Mile (Spiderbox to customer) connection with a secondary ADSL link with automatic failover in the case that the primary link fails. For guaranteed uptime, this is the recommended option for the customer.
Common causes of link failure are
- Service provider network equipment failure
- Power outage at the service provider
- Accidental cable or fibre cut during construction and
- Damage during moves or maintenance
- Operational errors such as installation or configuration errors

| Rapid Installation |
Spiderbox data service is delivered with a standard Ethernet connection that can be connected directly to any computer, firewall, router or any other Ethernet device. Installation can normally be arranged within 14 days. If bandwidth requirements change we can upgrade the service within a few hours without the need to replace any hardware. |
